Survey and Assessments is the newest set of tools introduced to the Camms Risk Management framework for better control within an organisational system.
It enables users to design their own surveys, link themes and share them with ease and convenience.
This is quite straightforward. Camms.Risk offers a range of features that makes the process of generating surveys fast and easy for users.
The questions can be reordered and edited at any point. Additionally, it offers various question types to pick from, such as short answers, paragraphs, checkboxes, dates and time, and multiple-choice features.
The longer and more detailed questionnaires can be better organised by adding sections related to specific topics to provide the end-user with context.
Furthermore, the linkage to controls and compliance obligations feature allows you to validate your opinions with the opinions of others in your team. You may link the entire survey or a portion of it with individual questions to controls and obligations based on their relevance.
Convenient distribution of the survey is made possible thanks to the function that allows users to share the link with both internal and external stakeholders. It can ask the recipients to answer only a few selected questions of a survey.
The email notification to participate in the survey is direct and offers the recipients the ability to use mobile or web platforms.
Moreover, the reporting feature enables the analysis of individual questions or segments.
Additionally, you can track who is yet to respond to the survey. And you may export the responses to an Excel sheet whenever needed for further evaluation.
The user may generate a summary of the responses via the Camms.Risk survey in the following manner:
