Here are some of its capabilities:

  • The simplified process of creating surveys through Camms requires little to no prior training.
  • It offers the ability to create a link to the survey, which the user can use to share with participants via email.
  • It has a simple and straightforward user interface design that is both web and mobile friendly.
  • It enables users to prepare reports with the data gathered from the survey.
  • It allows users to set a frequency for surveys that require periodical data collection in future.

What Are the Benefits of Using Camms.Risk Survey?

  • Camms.Risk surveys enable the creation of a variety of assessments ranging from control testing, audit inspections, risk ‘pulse’ surveys, regulatory obligation assessments and general checklists, among many more.
  • It offers quick and easy survey designing with existing survey templates and the question library within Camms.Risk, through which users can simply drag and drop. Furthermore, the ability to create your own question from scratch is also present within the system.
  • Camms.Risk can link surveys or individual questions to control and compliance obligations, thereby generating area-specific responses.
  • It has the capacity to share the surveys or even specific questions within the survey with internal and external groups of users. This function allows people who are contractors or non-Camms users to participate in the survey as well.
  • It enables the creators to gather data from the surveys and graphically represent the responses in a dashboard view.

How Do You Create a Survey on Camms.Risk?

This is quite straightforward. Camms.Risk offers a range of features that makes the process of generating surveys fast and easy for users.

As you create your questions, Camms generates a preview of the outcome on your screen to provide an overview of how the end-user will interact with your questions.

The questions can be reordered and edited at any point. Additionally, it offers various question types to pick from, such as short answers, paragraphs, checkboxes, dates and time, and multiple-choice features.

The longer and more detailed questionnaires can be better organised by adding sections related to specific topics to provide the end-user with context.

Furthermore, the linkage to controls and compliance obligations feature allows you to validate your opinions with the opinions of others in your team. You may link the entire survey or a portion of it with individual questions to controls and obligations based on their relevance.

Convenient distribution of the survey is made possible thanks to the function that allows users to share the link with both internal and external stakeholders. It can ask the recipients to answer only a few selected questions of a survey.

The email notification to participate in the survey is direct and offers the recipients the ability to use mobile or web platforms.

Moreover, the reporting feature enables the analysis of individual questions or segments.

Additionally, you can track who is yet to respond to the survey. And you may export the responses to an Excel sheet whenever needed for further evaluation.

The user may generate a summary of the responses via the Camms.Risk survey in the following manner:
