James has over 15 years of experience in software leadership and sales roles, working in Australia, NS, UK, Belgium and the US. During 2020 he embarked on a course in networking and cyber security and is following a course in Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy at RMIT.

With over 8 years of experience working with Camms' global clientele, Tom currently serves as Chief Product Officer, overseeing product strategy and roadmap. As the former Head of Pre-Sales, he boasts extensive product knowledge and a deep understanding of the GRC technology landscape. Tom is responsible for the development of Camms solutions, ensuring alignment with market and customer needs. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce and International Business from the University of Adelaide.
