Dave has worked for NCC as the subject matter expert in risk management and assurance for over 2 years. His role was created, to ensure that the risk management process matured including the areas of reviewing, updating, implementing and monitoring Council risk management policy, strategy and framework.

Through his leadership, Dave has implemented frameworks to provide proactive support to Directors, Managers and the Risk Management Committees, as well as reporting to council, Audit and Risk Committee and Senior Leadership Team on risk management performance. His expertise in working with various business units on an ongoing basis to identify and address specific risk areas makes him an expert in the field.
